

Our Team
Rev. Elsa Johnson Bass is an ordained minister of the Church of God (Anderson,IN) and a retired educator. A New York trained actor and director, she taught acting, musical theater and children's theater at the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) for twenty one years.
She holds a Masters' degree in Theater (Hunter College) and a Masters' Degree in Educational Leadership (Cabrini College). A nationally sought speaker, conference leader, director and playwright Rev. Bass serves as an Associate Pastor at the Christ Center Church of God in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Christian Theater Workshop
and Cross Culture Christian Theater..

​Jacquelyne Gilmore Stallworth is a graduate of the Philadelphia High School for Girls. She matriculated at Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia where she received her BFA in Communication Arts (with an emphasis in Illustration) in 1997. She then attended the University of Baltimore where she earned her MA in Publication Design (with an emphasis in Graphic Design) in 1999. She received her Voc Ed Certificate in 2010 at Temple University.
She is the Founder and Creative Director of 10|30 Designs which creates
and develops graphic design for projects ranging from website design,
social media, exhibit materials and marketing collateral, to complete branding and identity overhauls.
She is the Director of Media and Creative Services for Christian Theater Workshop and Cross Culture Christian Theater.

Simone is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she studied to obtain her M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership. She completed her undergraduate studies at Temple University, where she received her B.A. in Strategic Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations. Her career has expanded from City of Philadelphia, nonprofit, charter school educator, and now full-time entrepreneurship.
In January of 2014, Simone started her own production company, Through Her Eyes (T.H.E.) Productions, LLC and has been creating platforms for women to share their stories of growth and resilience. Last year during the pandemic, she began Simone Roberts Resources, LLC. Simone hopes to create products and programs geared to reframe mindsets. She seeks to find what works within to bring forth positive change. Simone is married to Pastor Darryl Roberts and together they have one daughter, Sidney.
She is the Social Media Manager for Cross Culture Christian Theater and Christian Theater Workshop.
