Nadya Cherry is returning to the stage with clarity and intention. Her dream is to tour as a dancer in The Lion King on Broadway, a goal grounded in years of
discipline and a deep connection to the arts.
Her journey began at eleven through musical theater, where she first discovered her love for performance. That foundation led her to CAPA as a dance major, sharpening her technical skills and shaping her path as both a performer and choreographer. Over the past five years, Nadya has expanded her impact by teaching dance to youth and adults. This experience has strengthened her ability to lead, translate movement, and contribute beyond the stage.
Being part of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown marks a meaningful return to theater after focusing primarily on dance. It allows her to blend both worlds while reconnecting with the energy of live performance and collaboration. This year, Nadya is focused on alignment, trusting God to guide her next steps while remaining open to new opportunities. She credits her mother for encouraging her return to theater, a decision that reconnected her with a supportive artistic community.
